Piemonte DOC Rosato

In the past several years, this wine has bounced back to the limelight, due in great part to its pleasant flavor and harmonic yet full structure—but most of all for its color, which is beautifully compelling. Made from a mix of black grapes, 90% of which are barbera, and the attentive maceration of the skins with the must before fermentation, this wine has an intense rose color that softens when aged in stainless steel.
