Piemonte DOC Barbera

This wine best represents the classic Piedmontese viticulture, produced from vineyards located in the southern vinicultural zones of the region and planted on gentle hills that have excellent sun exposure, mid-height of the hills. The soils are rich in marly clay, compact, of a mixed structure, and marly limestone.

minimum 6 months in stainless steel

Color:
intense ruby red with violet reflections

Aroma:
notes of ripe fruit and cherries

Taste:
pleasantly full, velvety, and harmonic

excellent with savory first dishes, fresh and medium-aged cheeses, delicatessen, and even for a snack or quick lunch
