Grappa di Barbera "Mora di Sassi"

The grappa “Mora di Sassi” is produced with marcs from vinifying the grapes of the “Mora di Sassi” vineyard in Nizza Monferrato. The marcs are distilled by the classic discontinuous steam method in small copper boilers. Its long rest in wood afterwards harmonizes the flavors and exalts the characteristics of the original grape variety, producing a smooth, flavorful richness. The grappa “Mora di Sassi” has great complexity and structure.
