Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG
Brachetto is an aromatic black grape that is native to southern Piedmont. It makes a sweet, red wine that is very much appreciated for its aroma, which is pleasantly floral with prevalent notes of rose. The slow fermentation at a controlled temperature, interrupted when the must reaches 5.5% alcohol, guarantees freshness and a pleasant, natural effervescence.
