Barbera del Monferrato DOC Frizzante "Cantagalla"
“Cantagalla” is a lightly sparkling, or frizzante Barbera del Monferrato, produced with an attentive vinification of grapes coming from vineyards in Mombaruzzo. After the fermentation in stainless steel, it is fermented again, naturally, in autoclaves at a controlled temperature. This process exalts its natural freshness and aromas. The result is a pleasant wine, easy to drink, versatile, and capable of pairing with every type of cuisine.
