Colour: straw-yellow. Delightful sparkling with fine and persistent “perlage”. Nose: fresh, intense, appealing, delicate with floral aroma and mineral hints. Palate: dry, fresh of acidity, well balanced with a pleasant structure and a mineral aftertaste. Special affinity nose-palate.
Serving temperature: 7-9 ° C. Cellaring: 2-3 years.
General Information:
Pinot Malgrà is made with Pinot Noir grown in a very interesting vineyard in Pavia Province. After the first fermentation in stainless steel tank the wine is processed following the Long Charmat System for 6 months. During this last period the wine enhances his characters thanks to the contact with the selected yeasts.
