General Information:
Roero Arneis is made with Arneis grapes, which is a Piedmonts’ autochthon variety from the Alba North-West area, the Roero shire. The soft-pressing before fermentation helps a lot to preserve the great aromas of the grapes. Aged only in bottle during 4-6 months Bassiano maintains all the character that made very well-known this kind of grapes all around the world.
Difference is…
The wine-maker prefers a temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation process and no ageing at all in order to preserve the freshness and the fragrance of the grapes. The result is a very pleasant wine, delightful and elegant: Special white with character.
