General informations:
Selected marc, straight after vinification, are granted to “Master distiller’s care” who proceed to distill it by a classical discontinuous method in small copper steam boiler ( Piemontese bain-marie system ). Integrity of marcs and the slow distillation give rise to a distilled ready to the rifining into 225 litre barriques. Its long persistence into wood makes flavour more tasty and enphatize both grape and vineyard place of origin, completing complexity and a suadent rich taste.
