Winemaker’s notes:
Colour: limpid, transparent, cristalline.
Nose: elegant, persistent, well balanced, with full scent of original grape and light scent of grapevine.
Palate: soft, warm, harmonious, persuasive with great nose-palate affinity and amazing persistence.
Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.
General informations:
Selected marc , still warm after vinification, are streight granted to “Master distiller’s care” who proceed to distill it by a classical discontinuous method in small copper steam boiler ( Piemontese bain-marie system ). Integrity of marcs and the slow distillation process allows “Master distiller” to extract from rough material all parfumes and fragrances enphatized into this distiller.
