Colour: straw yellow with typical golden hues.
Nose: fresh, complex, rich with scent of banana, green apple and white flowers. Interesting ripe chardonnay grape aroma.
Palate: fine, velvety, harmonic, medium to full bodied and very well-balanced with a special great rich finish. Smoothly with delightful taste of ripe grapes and small white fruits, Innuce is amazing for the affinity nose-palate.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10 ° C.
Cellaring: 4-6 years.
General Information:
Innuce is produced in the Cascina Rossa vineyard in Monferrato area, on the left side of Belbo river, at 190 m. above sea level. Cascina Rossa spreads on 9 ha. The vineyard is 16 years old, with about 4000 plants per hectare and the growing system is a Guyot traditional system. The soil is calcareous and clayey. After the harvest, the grapes are fermented in new barrique and finished in the same oak for 9 months.
Difference is…
Innuce is amazing for the perfect harmony between the soil, the grape and the elegant oak finishing. The result is an International/Italian style, full bodied, rich and appealing wine. Try the difference!
